Our facility takes up 20,000 square meters, including 5 buildings. They are mainly divided into the office areas, ceramic shaping and sintering workshop, ceramic post-processing workshop, inspection workshop, and wastewater treatment workshop.

Cleaning, Suitable and Convenient
The office is set up to facilitate the service of related departments. Each department has an independent office, mainly including the general office, the engineering and technical department office, the production department office, and the QA department office.

Mold Capability
We have a mold design workshop on our own, including a milling machine, turning-lathe machine, CNC machine and wire cutting machine, and more. It’s an easy job for us to produce the molds for simple ceramic parts by ourselves in-house. That would greatly help us to shorten the lead time as well as optimize the cost.

Production Workshops
The factory production workshop is scientifically divided into four core areas according to the process flow: raw material preparation, molding processing, high-temperature sintering and precision post-processing. Each workshop is designed with physical isolation and directional logistics channels to achieve seamless connection of processes while avoiding cross-contamination.
The workshop layout focuses on the convenience and safety of employee operations. The placement of all items in the workshop has clear regulations and instructions, and the workshop must be cleaned and swept every day after working. The working instructions for each process are posted at the corresponding locations.

Warehouse Overview
Our factory’s warehouse system is divided into three major areas: mold warehouse, semi-finished product warehouse, and finished product warehouse. Each warehouse is managed by a dedicated person and is precisely controlled through a digital management system.
The mold warehouse adopts a constant temperature and humidity environment control and is equipped with anti-rust and dust prevention facilities; the semi-finished product warehouse implements batch management and is equipped with adjustable shelves and first-in-first-out signs; the finished product warehouse is equipped with an automated sorting system and intelligent cargo location management.
All warehouses are equipped with a 24-hour fresh air circulation system and are equipped with fire-fighting equipment and fire emergency passages to ensure that the storage environment is safe and compliant.

Quality Control
As an ISO9001 certified manufacturer, we strictly follow the quality management system to implement every detail in production, from incoming materials to production to final shipment inspection.
- Incoming Materials Quality Control (IQC):Every batch raw materials must be inspected per the specifications before using the production, such as check the grade of raw material, the grain size of powder.
- In-process Quality Control (IPQC): real-time sampling inspection of size, appearance, in the processing and sintering temperature control monitoring
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): All sizes and functional specifications of ceramic parts will be classified into critical, major, and minor, with a higher AQL value to check these parameters.
